The goal for 5 Loaves Cafe was to build brand awareness and increase sales. Our strategy for them was to make their audience know who they are and create a want to dine at their cafe. The story we were able to produce allowed this – we created a want, need and action towards their service.

Photography & Videography

Consumers eat with their eyes. We needed to do something that would capture an audience at first glance. Through both ongoing photography and videography, we have been able to increase user engagement through aesthetic visuals of their continually updated menu. Creating content for 5 Loaves Cafe has also allowed a consistent look to be rolled out on socials.

Social Media Management & Paid Campaigns

We leveraged the power of Instagram and Facebook to showcase the new and exciting menu that 5 Loaves Cafe has to offer. Organic presence increased quickly and with the help of pushing promotions through paid social media campaigns, we were able to convert a 67% increase in sales within 4 months. We ran competitions on social media which brought more customers in and resulted in an increase in foot traffic.

Graphic Design

With brand consistency in mind, we needed to create brand awareness and allow customers to recognise the 5 Loaves Cafe brand at first glance. We revamped their digital menu in store to create a want for different items on the menu through changing visuals. Flyer designs were also created for back to school specials. These were targeted at mums and dads doing school pickups for a quick kids dinner option.  Designs were also created for the adjoining Our Lady of Lebanon Co-Cathedral news letter to create awareness of the cafe and its mission.
