We worked together with Pro Skips on a long term strategy that will build their brand up to be recognisable and leaders in the skip bin industry. We took over all things marketing and were able to explore many different avenues to crush their goals.
A company video was created for Pro Skips Australia to engage users and drive a larger audience to their channels. User engagement increased and consumers were able to visualise and create a picture of the behind the scenes of a skip bin company. They were able to emphasise what their business was about through the video and pass that message on to consumers.
The goal for Pro Skips’ social media accounts was to increase reach to get the message out. We wanted people to know who Pro Skips Australia is. A way we were able to do this quickly was by running a competition that would engage consumers and prompt them to interact with the brand. With that competition, were able to reach 84k consumers and gain 122k impressions with more than a third of the numbers being organic!
We designed and developed a custom made website for Pro Skips Australia. It was designed with user experience in mind. Consumers who want to hire a skip bin want an easy website to navigate and an easy booking system. Our web developers created custom elements to improve conversion rates by implementing an easy 3-step online booking portal. With multiple strategic call to actions within the site, visitors are guided easily to make a booking and boost conversions.
With multiple competitors in the market, it was important for Pro Skips Australia to rank well in search engines organically. SEO was implemented and shortly after Pro Skips was ranking on the 1st page with specific keywords. We then began local SEO to target specific audiences and saw a great increase in visibility and traffic to the website.
Ongoing optimisation of Google ads meant getting the most out of Pro Skips’ Google budget and attaining a 74.5% increase in impression share. By constantly measuring performance, altering our strategy to increase conversions and targeting the right consumers, we were able to reach quality leads. Since beginning their campaign, the Pro Skips Australia website has had an 88.8% increase in new website visitors per month with a 61.3% increase in skip bin online bookings.
To keep visible in consumers’ minds and keep the Pro Skips Australia message running, we looked at forms of traditional media. External transit advertising and signage was chosen as a low cost high exposure strategy. Pro Skips was put on a bus and megaside sizing was selected to make sure we were constantly in consumer’s faces.
